What we collect
- Account info: email address; sign-in identifiers from Apple/Google.
- App content: workouts you enter (text) and AI-generated summaries.
- Photos (transient): images of machine labels you choose to scan. We process them to extract text and do not keep the photos after processing.
- Analytics/diagnostics: app events, device info, crash logs (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics).
We do NOT collect: precise or coarse location, contacts, health/medical records, microphone, or other sensitive categories.
How we use data
- Provide and improve Inclyne (store workouts, render analytics, suggest text).
- Account/authentication and subscription access.
- Prevent abuse, debug, and comply with law.
Processing partners (data “processors”)
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics) — hosting, auth, data storage, analytics/crashes.
- RevenueCat — manages Apple/Google in-app subscriptions.
- OpenAI API — processes workout text/images to generate summaries and labels.
We share only what’s needed for each service.
Ads & sale/sharing
- No ads.
- We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep account/workout data until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. Transient photos are discarded after processing.
Your choices
- Delete: in-app via Settings → Delete Account (removes account data) or email support@inclyne.app.
- Consent: you can stop using AI features by not submitting content to them; deleting your account removes stored content.
- Emails: we only send essential account/billing emails.
Children
Inclyne is for 13+. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Security
TLS in transit, Firebase Security Rules at rest, auth via Firebase, limited staff access. No method is perfect, but we take reasonable steps.
International transfers
Your data may be processed/stored in Canada, the U.S., or other regions used by our processors. For EU/UK users we rely on standard contractual clauses provided by our vendors.
GDPR/UK-GDPR (if applicable)
You have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and object/restrict processing. Contact support@inclyne.app.
CCPA/CPRA (California)
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CPRA. You can request access or deletion via support@inclyne.app.

We’ll update this page as needed. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
