1) Acceptance
By using Inclyne, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://inclyne.app/privacy). If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

2) Service & Accounts
You need an account and an active subscription to access paid features. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans: Monthly and Yearly. Prices are shown in-app and may vary by region and taxes.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Renewal charge timing: Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal for the next period.

  • Free trial (if offered): Trials convert to a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

  • Billing provider: Purchases are processed by Apple.

  • Manage / cancel: Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings (https://support.apple.com/HT202039).

  • Refunds: Apple’s refund policies apply. We don’t offer direct refunds or proration.

4) Restore Purchases
Reinstalled or changed devices? Restore your active subscription in the app: Settings → Restore Purchases.

5) Your Content & License
You own the content you add. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content to operate and improve Inclyne.

6) AI Features
Text and images you submit may be processed by service providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate labels or summaries. We don’t retain photos after processing; derived text may be stored. Details: https://inclyne.app/privacy

7) Acceptable Use
No abuse, harassment, spam, scraping, reverse-engineering, paywall bypassing, or illegal use. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk.

8) Not Medical Advice
Inclyne provides informational tools only. It is not medical or health advice. Consult a professional before starting or changing exercise or nutrition programs.

9) Termination
You may delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete Account) or email support@inclyne.app. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk to the service.

10) Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11) Changes
We may update features, pricing, or these Terms. For material changes, we’ll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the changes.

12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada. Venue and jurisdiction lie in New Brunswick.
