Inclyne — Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By using Inclyne, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Service & Accounts

You need an account and a valid subscription to use the app. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

3) Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans: Monthly and Yearly.

  • Free trial: available on Yearly (as shown in-app). Trial converts to a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hoursbefore the period ends.

  • Billing: through Apple (and Google later) processed by RevenueCat. Prices may vary by region and taxes.

  • Renewal: auto-renews unless you cancel in your App Store subscription settings. We can’t cancel for you.

  • Refunds: handled by Apple’s refund policies. We don’t offer direct refunds or proration.

4) Content & License

  • Your content: you own the workouts you input. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content to operate and improve Inclyne.

  • AI features: text and images you submit may be processed by OpenAI to provide summaries/labels. We don’t store photos after processing; derived text may be stored.

5) Acceptable Use

Don’t: abuse, harass, spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, attempt to bypass paywalls, or use Inclyne illegally. We may suspend/terminate for violations.

6) Not Medical Advice

Inclyne provides informational tools only. It is not medical or health advice. Consult a professional before starting or changing exercise programs.

7) Termination

You can delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete Account) or email support@inclyne.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk.

8) Disclaimers & Liability

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

9) Changes to the Service/Terms

We can update features, pricing, or these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the changes.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada (without regard to conflicts of law). Venue and jurisdiction lie in New Brunswick.
